For product support, privacy questions, data requests, account deletion issues, or threat advisory corrections, contact the Halo Threat Intelligence team through this support page.
If the request involves an account, include the sign-in provider and account email. Do not send passwords, private keys, exploit payloads, or sensitive security logs.
Account and privacy requests
Signed-in iOS users can start account deletion from Settings. If you cannot access your account, need admin-account help, or have a privacy request, contact support and describe the request clearly.
Threat advisory corrections
If you believe public threat advisory content is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated, include the CVE ID, the page URL, and links to authoritative vendor, government, or maintainer sources.
