Legal
Terms of Service
Rules for defensive use of the Halo Threat Intelligence app, website, public threat advisories, and authenticated workflows.
Use of the service
Use Halo Threat Intelligence only for lawful security, research, operational, or administrative purposes. Do not use it for unauthorized access, exploitation, credential theft, disruption, evasion, or any unlawful activity. Keep your account credentials secure.
Accounts and access
Access may require an approved sign-in provider. Admin features are restricted to approved accounts and may be changed, suspended, revoked, monitored, or audited to protect the service.
You may start account deletion from Settings in the iOS app. Deletion is permanent and different from signing out. Admin accounts may need admin access removed through support first.
Threat intelligence data
Vulnerability, exposure, and catalog information may come from third-party or government sources. Halo Threat Intelligence may display, transform, summarize, or prioritize that information for defensive use, including AI-assisted workflows that can be wrong, stale, incomplete, or inaccurate.
User profile content
Profile names, handles, and bios must not impersonate others, abuse the service, include illegal content, or provide harmful security instructions. Halo Threat Intelligence may restrict or remove profile content to protect users or the service.
External links
The service may link to vendor, government, advisory, or marketing resources that are not controlled by Halo Threat Intelligence. Those sites may have their own terms and privacy policies.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. Security data can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and is not legal, compliance, incident-response, or professional security advice. Validate critical decisions against authoritative sources and your own environment.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the website and administrative workflows mature. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
